I have always been fascinated with the human body and excelled at any studies that took me there. I was inspired by the physiotherapists in Australia during my third year physiotherapy exchange program in 2000 and I was lead to the Master Program in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia later on. From that moment onward my manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills were taken to a whole new level.

 

However, I faced a lot of obstacles in helping my clients to full recovery and I knew that there were some missing puzzles from what I have learnt. Along the continual search of new ways of healing, I met a few mentors and I was drawn to studying methods to encourage the body’s own natural healing capacities. There I learnt cranio-sacral therapy, visceral manipulation and some other fascial release techniques. These trainings I had were from Upledger Institute, Barral Institute and Osteopathic College of Ontario (on going).

It has been an evolution after studying all of these alternative healing modalities. I combine all the healing techniques with in-depth clinical reasoning (analysis) so as to help my clients to gain back their lives with quality.

Having said that, the pathway to a holistic human body treatment has not finished yet and I am continuing to explore more methods to fill in the missing puzzles.
